Many of my patients ask about natural remedies. I cut out clips of remedies of the peoples pharmacy and give them to my patient depending on what problems they have. Thank you for all the good information.

I always keep two glass bowls soaking. but I eat lots more than 9 raisins per day. I love them, I wish I could find the Jumbo white raisins in stores here. I have been buying the raisins at Trader Joe's, but the quality control is not good, too many small, dark & hard little raisins in the bags.

So I've been soaking my raisins now going into the 3rd week. They're in a Mason Jar with lid. In your video, you show covered w/paper towel. Should I change? I see the evaporation slowly...however, I also see like a syrupy substance in the jar. Do I need to wait till all of that dissolves before I can eat my raisins? Can't wait. Thanks.....
